Given both apartments' lakeside locations, you have immediate access to the Frankton walking track. This track hugs the lake with the option of heading towards Frankton or Queenstown. With track access, you are mere minutes away from established eateries such as The Boatshed, The Sherwood, and The Altitude Brewery. If you decide to walk into the heart of Queenstown via the trail, it will take you just under an hour. If deciding against the walk, public transport options are available with bus stop locations at the top of the driveway.

Adding to the home comforts, the bathrooms are fitted with underfloor heating and a heated towel rail with washing and drying facilities also in-house.

Feeling thirsty? Filtered drinking water is readily available from the newly installed tap in unit 15 (2-bedroom option).

A gas BBQ is included and located on the outdoor balcony in the one-bedroom apartment option only.
