The lounge area is complete with a grand gas fireplace, perfect for Queenstown’s occasionally harsh winter days and perfect for cosy nights in. Likewise, Unit 1 is equipped with a heat pump and air conditioning unit meaning extra heat in the winter and guaranteed cooler temperatures when the summer rolls around.

Additional entertainment sources within this luxury apartment include Sky Television, ultra-fast and complimentary Wi-Fi as well as a collection of books and DVDs available in the bookshelf.

Expansive glass-paned windows at the south-facing end of the 13 Poole Lane Unit 1 act as the main light source to the upper-level living space.

Doubling as sliding doors, the glass windows open to an intimate balcony equipped with outdoor furniture. With Lake Wakatipu in the immediate foreground, you also have the very tail end of The Remarkables, Cecil and Walter Peak, the Queenstown Gardens Peninsula as well as the township of Queenstown itself.

Master Bedroom

Downstairs in this luxury Queenstown apartment, you will find all 3 bedrooms. Much like the living area, all are equipped with every season in mind with wall panel heaters for warmth as well as individual heat pump/air conditioning units for both added heat and a source of cool air when required.

In the master, the autumnal bronze colour of the bedspread, curtains and headboard are juxtaposed with the turquoise blue of the ottoman and cushions; once again reflecting the colour scheme of the rugged Southern Lakes Mountains and calm waters of the Lake Wakatipu which are both present in plain sight from the large glass panel windows.

The master bedroom is spacious and bright and given its private outdoor balcony space accessible via the glass sliding doors, it offers both an abundance of natural light as well as a secluded area to breathe in the grandeur of the landscape in front of you.

The master is also equipped with en-suite which is similarly vast in size. Featuring dual sinks, full wall mirror, shower facilities, toilet, deep spa bath, heated towel rail and underfloor heating you are well provisioned to ensure you both start your day right and are able to unwind and relax after potentially long days exploring Queenstown.

Second and Third Bedrooms

The second and third bedrooms are both equipped with king beds with one of them having the capability of being split into twin singles (2 singles beds). Both rooms are similarly kitted out with the same heating and cooling apparatus as the master bedroom and share the second bathroom on the same floor. This bathroom is again similarly equipped to the master’s en-suite featuring shower facilities, dual sinks, toilet, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

The second and third bedrooms also share an intimate outdoor space which is accessible via glass panelled doors from both rooms.

Each bedroom is equipped with its very own television ensuring those who want to de-stress in the privacy of their own space have all the necessary tools at their disposal.

Guest/Cinema Room

In addition to the 3 bedrooms, 13 Poole Lane Unit 1 also plays host to a fourth downstairs room suitable for one extra guest. This space which would accommodate the 7th guest (additional charges apply) via the easy to assemble fold out sofa bed. Intimate in its size, whilst the sofa bed is not operational this room acts as an ideal cinema room as it comes equipped with large tv with Sky TV capabilities.
