Open Plan Living, Dining and Kitchen area

Upon entering the apartment and climbing the small steel staircase past the stone wall to the third floor you will find the open plan living, dining and kitchen area; an expansive and well-lit space with modern fittings and furnishings throughout. The kitchen is well stocked featuring a gas stovetop, oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer. There is also a dishwasher and large dual sink meaning clean-up is effortless with the centre island breakfast bar and stools offering additional service and dining space. An ideal site to host your entire group and cook up a feast when deciding to dine-in.

Across the room, the dining table is set up to accommodate a maximum of 8 guests (this 3-bedroom apartment can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests at one time) therefore those inviting friends over for the evening have all the necessary amenities to do so.

The second bedroom also features a king bed with the option to split into two singles whilst the third bedroom plays host to a Queen bed. These bedrooms situated on the second floor of the property share the second bathroom which comes equipped with dual sinks and ample storage in the cabinet underneath.

All bedrooms are equipped with wall panel heaters, essential for the colder winter months as well as decorative throws and oversized cushions to ensure maximum comfort.
