Lounge, Kitchen and Dining Area 

After receiving the key from the secure lockbox and entering the apartment, you are met with the spacious and homely open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area.  This space is chicly decorated and offers a warm and relaxing lounging space for the entire family.  The dining table is set up to accommodate up to 8 guests, perfect for those hosting friends for the evening.  

The kitchen is well stocked and features a gas stovetop, extractor fan, electric oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, toasted sandwich press, slow cooker and dishwasher. The cupboards and drawers are similarly stocked with an abundance of kitchenware and useful utensils making nights in with family and friends almost effortless. 

Immediately adjacent to the kitchen is the welcoming lounge area. Bright in both the furnishings and natural light thanks to the floor to ceiling glass windows, this space not only exudes relaxation and comfort but affords the million-dollar lake and mountain views those visiting Queenstown all desire. Bedrooms 

Immediately on your left as you enter the apartment you will find the first of three bedrooms. Fitted with a splittable king bed (can be either a king or two singles), the room is spacious and offers extensive cupboard and storage space for those staying for more than a few nights. Heaters are in place to ensure you are kept warm throughout the winter with fans available for the warmer summer months. Television with Freeview is fitted for an added source of entertainment. This bedroom features its very own en-suite which comes equipped with a luxurious and deep spa bath, shower facilities, dual sinks, bidet and toilet facilities. Heated towel rails and a heated fan system ensure you are cosy and warm throughout.

The second bedroom, whilst being slightly different in terms of the overall dimensions is almost identical to the Master. Offering a king splittable bed and lavish en-suite, the only discernible differentiation between the two is the spa bath only being present in the Master en-suite. Given these two bedrooms have the option to split the beds into singles, this ensures 53 Shotover Street Apartment 302 is ideal for a variety of different group dynamics.   

This is echoed through the fact that the third bedroom offers a queen bed but also comes equipped with a sofa bed, meaning those travelling in a party of 7 have the option to accommodate the extra guest (additional charges apply). Private and secure car parking is available in the underground on-site parking lot (suitable for one standard-sized car). Lift access from this level up to level three where the apartment is situated makes moving potentially heavy luggage extremely easy.
