Check in & Out

Check-In - Guests may check-in at any time from 15.00 onwards. There is no on-site Reception at any properties, you will be emailed all information required to access your booked property between 7 to 10 days prior to your arrival date. Please enter the property and make yourself at home.

Early Check-In - An earlier check-in time may be available by prior arrangement, please enquire. Any early check-in requests cannot be guaranteed and reserves the right to charge an additional fee. Guideline costs are: 50% of nightly rate if checking-in earlier than 12.00 noon and $150 if checking-in between 12.00 and 15.00.

Check-Out - Standard check-out is by 10.00.

Late Check-Out - If you are unable to leave by 10.00 or wish to request a late check out, it is essential to contact reservations team at least 24 hours prior to your departure date. We will do our best to accommodate your request, however please note we have tight turnaround times for housekeeping and this is not always possible especially during high season and reserves the right to charge an additional fee. Guideline costs are: 50% of nightly rate if checking-out later than 12.00 noon and $150 if checking-out between 10.00 and 12.00.

When You Leave - Before leaving we ask that you stack and turn the dishwasher on, ensure all furniture is in its original position, place rubbish in the bins provided and ensure the property is neat and tidy. Please make sure you have taken all personal items from the safety deposit box if there is one and that it is empty, unlocked and open. Please also check all heaters, gas fire and electric blankets are turned off. A standard cleaning charge, particular for each property, is built into the nightly accommodation rate. Should an excessively littered or dirty property result in extended housekeeping hours required to service and prepare the property for the next guests; reserves the right to charge extra hours at $50+GST. Should it be necessary to clean carpets, fumigate, remove stains, repaint, repair finishes, or replace furnishings, textiles, BBQ or home wares, or remove excess rubbish; you will be charged for travel, labour, materials, and merchandise, plus one hour @ $50+GST. Excess cleaning costs will be charged to the credit card held on file.
