Offering an open plan lounge, kitchen & dining area on the ground floor, which enjoys excellent sunshine, this quaint apartment is perfect for a small family, group of friends, or couples traveling alike.
The fittings and furnishings are contemporary throughout, with the cosy gas fireplace giving you the option to lounge and relax indoors during the long winter nights. The living space is comfortable and homely with the large sofa, ottoman and armchair set facing the roaring fire and Sky enabled Television. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is also available throughout.
Upstairs on the second floor, you will find both bedrooms. The Master bedroom comes equipped with a Queen double bed, while the second bedroom can be configured with either a king double bed or 2 single beds; this versatility making M2 suitable for a variety of group dynamics.
The shared bathroom with shower & toilet is on the same level as the bedrooms and is equipped with both underfloor heating and heated towel rail. A standalone toilet is also conveniently located on the ground level.

Gardens 3 (G3) – 2 or 3 Bedroom Apartment
Our 3-bedroom, 2 bathroom option at 22 Hallenstein Street is both attractive and generously sized. This self-catering and luxurious holiday apartment is warm and homely and is perfect for a larger group of friends or big family (maximum of 6 guests per 3-bedroom apartment). The open plan living and dining area, entertainer’s kitchen, roaring gas fireplace and sun-filled courtyard make this 3-bedroom option your ideal base for your upcoming Queenstown getaway.
The Master bedroom offers king bedding, with the second and third bedrooms having the capability to be set up in a similar fashion or as twin singles (2 singles beds). The Master also features its own en-suite whilst the other two bedrooms share the second bathroom. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with shower and toilet facilities as well as luxuries such as underfloor heating and heated towel rails. The Master en-suite features a deep bathtub; perfect for long relaxing soaks after a full day on the slopes or after tiring days hiking or biking the many local trails available nearby.
G3 can be configured as a 2-bedroom option, depending on the time of year (outwith our peak periods).
The expansive lounge, kitchen, and dining area exude comfort and relaxation. You will find large and comfortable sofas set amongst the sun-filled lounge are Smart television with Netflix enabled and complimentary ultra-fast Wi-Fi. The kitchen area is well provisioned and stocked to ensure morning and evening feasts are easily achievable.
