Built in 2018 and designed by award-winning Dorrington Atcheson Architects, this stand-out three-level luxury home on St Marks Lane comprises four double bedrooms and three bathrooms featuring stunning views of The Remarkables and Lake Whakatipu. As you enter the villa, the mid-level features the open-plan designer kitchen/dining area and a large walk-in butlers pantry. The sunken lounge with wide-screen TV and gas fireplace creates a cosy ambience, ideal for relaxing evenings with a glass of red or mug of earl grey. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows on either side of the living area open seamlessly to the expansive private terrace and impressive lake and mountain vistas. On the top floor, you will find three of the four bedrooms. We had a great stay and the place was exactly as described. The house itself was amazing, modern, and definitely well-equipped. The host was prompt in answering questions so that was super helpful. Would definitely recommend this place to friends and hopefully return to Queenstown next time!

Amazing place with awesome views. Even though there is a lot of glass and no blinds, it was easy to keep the place toasty. Great communication made checking in super easy, would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Staysouth’s Airbnb in Queenstown. This house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for 4 adults and 4 Kindy kids. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the mountains and lake while being close to major attractions. Close to Remarkable and Coronet Peak. I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone visiting Queenstown.
