Nestled in the sleepy residential suburb of Fernhill, The Views and Spa offers uninterrupted panoramas encompassing the renowned Remarkable Mountain range, Cecil Peak, Lake Wakatipu, and the shimmering lights of Queenstown. The Bedrooms: The master bedroom, complete with an ensuite and glass-to-ceiling windows, graces the middle level and boasts the captivating panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu and The Remarkables that every Queenstown traveller desires. The second and third bedrooms are situated on the lower level, offer similar stunning lake and mountain views and open onto an adjacent outdoor balcony. The slightly smaller fourth bedroom resides on this level as well, along with the shared bathroom. The shared bathroom and en suite feature rain-head showers, heated towel rails, hair dryers, premium toiletries, and underfloor heating.

Open Plan Lounge, Kitchen and Dining Room:
The inviting lounge area features a roaring gas fireplace, setting the stage for a cosy après-ski ambience while watching the sunset over the mountains. During the summer months, this spacious open-plan area seamlessly extends to the main balcony, where floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors encircle the entire main living level, bathing the space in natural light.
The modern and stylish kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, Oven, Nespresso coffee machine and many other essential kitchen appliances. The kitchen area is vast and ideal for nights entertaining family and friends with the splendour of the Remarkables mountain range in plain sight. For those who prefer al fresco dining, there's an outdoor seating area with a generously sized BBQ.
The outdoor spa pool is located on the lower balcony, with access available directly from the second and third bedrooms allowing you and your guests the opportunity to unwind in the most luxurious après-ski fashion available.
Additional Features:
The Views includes a separate office space for those working on the road, as well as a dedicated laundry and ski storage room adjacent to the garage. The private two-car garage with internal access is available for guest use, although it's worth noting that the driveway's slope may pose a challenge for some vehicle types.

Fabulous view and lovely house. Little bit away from town which we liked as no noise. The main bedroom is far removed from the other rooms which was great. Thank you for your hospitality.

I can't say enough about this place. The view was absolutely stunning and the house modern and yet comfortable. It is very private and yet close to small stores and the larger town. It was a terrific base from which to explore the area. You will not be disappointed.
