The property is amazing and the views are stunning. The decor is warm and welcoming and the property was very clean and has everything you need. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to town. My daughter loved the hot tub and the games. We would definitely stay again.

Views! Space! Hot Pool. Cosy fireplace! Absolutely loved all the details - beautiful comfy beds, lovely thick towels and toiletries, coffee machine, great kitchen and dining space, cosy couches with books, puzzles and games. Washing machine & dryer! The fireplace on windy rainy nights was perfect and of course the hot spa pool with views! This place is just so great!

Amazing place. Perfectly homely rather than a hotel room with everything you could possibly want for a family stay. The outside hot tub in front of the fire with the lights of Queenstown sparkling behind in the near-zero night sky was a highlight.

Excellent week. Good location for access to CBD at night ie walking distance. Property was superb. I especially enjoyed the library. Outdoor area very enjoyable. Spa/hot tub was a godsend after a big day skiing. Was quiet in bedrooms.

This was truly an exquisite escape in paradise. Perfect for our family with the 3 double bedrooms. The views spectacular from every level, peaceful location, immaculate inside and out. We didn’t need a car because it was so close to town. Extremely well appointed kitchen which I enjoyed cooking our Christmas lunch in style!!! The hot tub with a view was divine especially with the late sunsets between the mountains over the lake. Loved the cottage garden on the slope outside the kitchen window. Totally recommend, it really was like stepping into another world.
This holiday to NZ was our favourite family holiday! Thanks to the team at Staysouth for an amazing stay and great service.
