Central Queenstown Villa & Spa is the pure definition of luxury. Upon entering this newly built 4-bedroom inner-city apartment, you are greeted by the open plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area. Both fittings and furnishings are lavish, with designer sofas and armchairs set amongst the roaring gas fireplace and smart television. This bedroom is complemented by the en suite, featuring underfloor heating, heated towel rails, and ample room around the sink for 2 guests to be more than comfortable. The en suite also features an automatic lights system installed underneath the sink. Similar to the lounge, the downstairs bedroom opens out to the outdoor area via the large glass panel windows.

Upstairs Bedrooms and Bathrooms.
As you head upstairs, you are greeted with the other 3 bedrooms. Perfect for larger families or large groups of friends, each of the bedrooms offer its own little perks.

Firstly, and immediately on your left, you will find a double room offering views out towards Lake Wakatipu and the Southern Alps. Similar to all the other bedrooms on offer, heating is regulated via the thermostat on the walls as you enter the room as well as offering ample storage in the vast wall-fitted wardrobe. A skylight with a smart Velux blind system offers those interested in soaking in the night sky the opportunity to do so, with this room undoubtedly offering the best view available.

Along the hallway, you will find yourself in bedroom number 3. As already mentioned, this luxurious 4-bedroom apartment is perfect for larger families, emphasized by the 2 bunk beds in this room. Slightly more intimate than the other rooms, but large enough to comfortably house 4 guests. The large wardrobe and under-bunk storage increase this room's value, as well as offering USB charging ports for those on the upper bunks and away from power sources. The bunk room also faces Southwest, ensuring the views are towards the lake and mountains.

These two bedrooms share one of the 2 bathrooms on the top floor. This bathroom once again features heated towel rails and underfloor heating with the added perk of offering the same lake and mountain views described previously, however this time from the window in the shower.

The final bedroom upstairs features a king double bed and is kitted out in a similar high standard to all the others. The large wardrobe in this bedroom is accompanied by a small office-type space, perfect for those who need to clock in for a couple of hours whilst away from home. Directly above the office space and potentially a huge distraction, is a window once again facing out towards the Southern Alps and Lake Wakatipu.

This bedroom features the second of the upstairs bathrooms as it’s en suite, with the added bonus of dual sinks and a deep bathtub. Underfloor heating and heated towel rails are present here as well.

Heated Outdoor Area
Accessible from the lounge and downstairs bedroom, the outdoor heated area is perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining guests. With wooden panel flooring and large recliner outdoor sofas, you may find yourselves looking to spend more time here as opposed to venturing out to the crowded town centre.
